Caroline Starling is a stand-out soprano captivating audiences with her deeply touching artistry and versatility. Originally educated in Music Business, she got her start in musical theatre and jazz, but has found her true calling in the world of opera.


In February 2024, Caroline delighted as Adeline in Converse Opera Theatre’s production of Leo Fall's Die geschiedene Frau (The Divorcée). Additionally, she is currently performing on a recital tour across the Southeastern United States. As the winner of the 2023 Petrie School of Music Young Artist Competition, Caroline will be a featured soloist with the Converse Symphony Orchestra in May 2024, performing works by Puccini. This past season saw Caroline as a soloist with Petrie at the Piedmont concert series; she appeared as Warren’s wife in Glow Lyric Theatre's A Handmaid's Tale by Poul Ruder, the role of Jellylorum in Converse University's production of CATS, and she impressed as Madame Herz in Mozart's Der Schauspieldirektor with Converse Opera Theatre.
